A building in Colborne buckled Friday night.
According to the Northumberland News, Cramahe Fire, the OPP and paramedics responded to the apartment building on King Street near Percy around 9:00 p.m.
The 17 unit building also had large cracks in it.
A woman saw the cracks and pulled the alarm out of concern for residents.
The tenants were evacuated to the Keeler Centre.
