A Picton man has been charged with impaired driving, following an accident in Picton yesterday.
OPP say they responded to the single-vehicle crash on Market Lane, just after 5:00 p.m., where a Ford pickup had hit a sign post.
Investigators determined the driver had been drinking before he got behind the wheel and arrested him.
The 33 year-old was released on a promise to appear in court on May 24th, but also had his vehicle towed and license suspended for 90 days.
