The nighttime silence was shattered by gunshots in the Municipality of Tweed.
Just after midnight today (Monday) a homeowner near the hamlet of Marlbank reported gunshots being fired at a vehicle in the driveway.
What appeared to be gunshot damage occurred to the rear of a pick-up truck.
No one was injured.
Anyone with information is asked to call Central Hastings OPP or Crime Stoppers.
