The councillors from Belleville’s Thurlow ward want to hear from their ratepayers tomorrow.
Councillors Paul Carr and Jackie Denyes are hosting a public meeting before city council strikes its operating budget in coming days.
Council has recently discussed upping taxes for police and fire services for some Thurlow ward residents near urban Belleville.
The public meeting is tomorrow evening (Tuesday) at the Gerry Masterson Community Centre on Harmony Road. It begins at 6:30.
