The Mayor of Belleville wants residents and business owners along Highway 62, north of the 401, to feel free to enjoy
city water if they so choose.
The Ministry of Transportation has completed the widening of the highway north of the 401, and at the same time a watermain
was installed from Maitland Drive up to near the Sommerville Centre.
Mayor Taso Christopher suggests anyone interested in changing from well water to city water should contact the city for information.
