A Belleville woman has been handed 12 months probation, related to an altercation over drugs last summer in Belleville.
On August 6th, a couple were allegedly arguing over a knapsack which contained marijuana, magic mushrooms and weigh scales.
A motorist stopped to help the woman, when the male suspect pulled a pellet gun and struck the driver.
Others jumped in and took the suspect to the ground.
This week in court, a judge sentenced Abigail Thur to a year probation, along with a conditional discharge.
Meantime, the male suspect, Justin Hannah will be in court March 2nd.
He was charged with possession, assault with a weapon, assault causing bodily harm and more.
