Belleville Police were watching drivers, who may not have been watching the road yesterday (Wednesday).
Officers were on the hunt for motorists who were distracted.
In total 15 people were charged with distracted driving, using their phones while behind the wheel.
They also stopped 11 other drivers for failing to stop for a red light.
