Theft- Stolen Motor Vehicle
Belleville, Ontario- On the 25th of June at approximately 1:08 a.m. Belleville Police investigated a traffic complaint in which an abandoned motor vehicle was left in the middle of the intersection at Sidney and Tracey Street. A male was seen walking away from the vehicle carrying a case of beer. The vehicle was later reported as being stolen and further investigation led to the arrest of a 32 year old Belleville resident (Steven Johnson) for theft and possession of stolen property. Johnson will appear in Belleville Court on July 28th.
