It’s been a good week for local hockey stars in the NHL. First it was Andrew Shaw and Brad Richardson keying victories for the Blackhawks and Coyotes. Last night it was Nick Cousin’s turn.

It was the second career NHL goal and first game winner for the Belleville native as the Philadelphia Flyers beat the New Jersey Devils 6-3. Cousins has 2 goals and 2 assists in his last 6 games.
