Kingston Police have arrested a second person in connection with the murder of Allan Mott.
Police say it was shortly after a press conference on Friday, which announced one arrest in connection with the murder, that investigators arrested a second suspect.
The body of Allan Mott was pulled from a wooded area on February 1st.
