The Mayor of Belleville is steamed with the Supervisor at Quinte Healthcare for a lack of professionalism. Neil Ellis told the Lorne Brooker Show on CJBQ this morning he’s miffed after Graham Scott forwarded a personal letter to the Mayor, which blasted the local media for its coverage of his salary, on to the CJBQ and Intelligencer newsrooms without advising Ellis. The letter was cc’ed to Mayors in Quinte West and Prince Edward County…local MPP’s and the LHIN. His letter claims media coverage was unfair and unbalanced…and, he believes such misinterpretations, as he calls them, lead the public to forget the many positives occurring at Quinte Healthcare, including a vastly improved financial status.
