No one will lose their job as a result of Phase-2 of an organizational review of municipal staff in Quinte West. Mayor John Williams says as a reult of the review some staff will have additional responsibilities but all current jobs will be retained. Four positions in Community and Leisure Services were cut in phase-1 of the review last spring. Mayor Williams says the plan will save the city 270-thousand dollars next year and over 900-thousand by 2012. As a result, Gary Dyke has promoted to CAO.
