Belleville Councillor Egerton Boyce is concerned that a day care operation at a facility in the west hill will infringe on a green space. Boyce told city council last night that the community had helped to creat a quiet area away from the other playground and recreational area at the St. Mary’s School facility, and that is now being encroached upon by a playground surrounded by a fence.
