A hunter found dead north of Shannonville last week may have died as a result of a hunting accident. A post-mortem conducted on the body of 42-year old Derick Roy Thompson confirms he died as a result of a gunshot wound. Anyone who may have been hunting in the area at Blessington and Shannonville Roads last Friday is asked to contact the Napanee OPP.
