A North Hastings man faces several charges over a shotgun being pointed at police.
The O-P-P responded to a domestic incident on Musclow-Greenview road, northeast of Bancroft on Saturday night, and noticed a man sitting inside a home with a shotgun aimed at the door.
He pointed the weapon at police after officers arrived, and threatened to kill one.
A 39-year-old Hastings Highlands township man was arrested after a woman in the home informed officers the gun didn’t work, and he was charged with assault, uttering a threat, mischief and using an imitation firearm while committing an offence.
