Accolades and honours for the many people who help the local chapter of the Victorian Order of Nurses.
Service awards were handed out to 19 employees at the annual general meeting in Bayside, and Anita Mister received the award of excellence in volunteer support.
Another 24 long term service awards were presented to volunteers, and Bob Bird,a V-O-N Community Board Member, was named volunteer of the year.
Volunteers, including board members, drivers and other helpers gave tens of thousands of hours to the V-O-N last year.
