There was a fatal crash late Wednesday afternoon in the northern portion of our catchment area.
It happened on Highway 28, between Highways 41 and 514, northwest of Denbeigh/east of Bancroft.
The collision involved two vehicles, with one person pronounced dead at the scene.
The area is once again open to traffic following a lengthy road closure for an investigation.
