The number of people registered to run in Quinte West’s municipal election is 19.
On Monday, two more candidates filed their paperwork for the October 26 race.
Trevor McMillan was approved to run Trenton, while Doug Herrington is in the race in Murray Ward.
The deadline is 2:00 p.m. Friday to be accepted as a candidate for mayor, council, or school board trustee.
