One person was transported to hospital after being struck by a vehicle earlier this week in Prince Edward County.
On Tuesday afternoon around 4 p.m., emergency responders were called to Lake Street in Picton, where a male had moved behind a vehicle and was struck.
Prince Edward OPP say the driver was backing out of a private driveway and the pedestrian was hit at a low rate of speed.
Police say he was treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
No charges have been laid at this time.
