Players with connections (as some point out) to the Belleville/Ottawa Senators organization have been busy over the last 24 hours, as the NHL free agency got underway.
Ottawa has announced that Nick Cousins has re-signed with the club.
It is a two-year/$3.175-million deal.
The soon to be 33-year-old had 23 points last season in the nation’s capital.

He has agreed to terms with KHL club Barys Astana.
