The Ottawa Senators, the parent club of the Belleville Senators, have announced that they have re-signed defencemen Samuel Bolduc and Djibril Toure to two-way contracts.
Bolduc joined the Sens organization after being acquired from the AHL’s Ontario Reign in exchange for forward Jan Jenik.
The 25-year-old recorded 10 points (one goal and nine assists) in 12 games for the B-Sens.
Meantime, Toure played 29 games in the ECHL and 74 games in the AHL in his first two professional seasons.
Last season, he recorded four points (one goal and three assists) in 38 games with Belleville.
He spent 119 minutes in the penalty box, making him the second-most penalized player on the team.
