The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement Squad is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a federal offender wanted on a Canada-Wide Warrant as a result of a breach of his statutory release.
Samuel Saba is described as a 51-year-old Middle Eastern/Male, 5’10”, 200 lbs, bald with brown eyes, medium complexion.
Saba is serving a six-month, six-day sentence for breach of long-term supervision order.
The offender is known to frequent Milton, Ontario and Montreal, Quebec.
