One person has been charged with possession of methamphetamine after a suspicious person complaint in Campbellford.
Northumberland OPP received the complaint around 5:30 p.m. last Thursday of a suspicious person on Church Street.
Police say they were able to locate an individual matching the description, with further investigation leading to the seizure of suspected methamphetamine.
Forty-eight-year-old Richard Walsh of Warkworth has been charged with possession of a Schedule I substance – methamphetamine.
The accused is due to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Cobourg in July.
