Crews in Belleville’s west end rescued two family pets, after a fire broke out in a West Moira street garage, just before 8:30 p.m. Monday evening.
The blaze, which destroyed two vehicles, was intense enough to be seen across the city and quickly spread to two adjacent homes.

Luckily, no injuries were reported during the incident.
Fire officials say there is currently no word on a cause or an estimate for the damage.
