A person from Bewdley faces charges after falling off a personal watercraft into Rice Lake last Tuesday (May 26).
Northumberland OPP and other emergency responders were called out to the lake late in the afternoon but the person could not be located, although the watercraft was recovered.
Later the individual was found on land south of the lake and police charged 56-year-old Leesa Laking with impaired operation – drugs and alcohol.
