A new snowfall record has been reached in the Quinte Region.
The previous record snowfall measured for Boxing Day, December 26, was 12 centimetres.
This year on Boxing Day, snowfall was measured at 15.6cm at CFB Trenton, eclipsing the previous record.
The previous record was set in 1996, 29 years ago.
