Three people are facing trafficking charges after a drug seizure on the Tyendinaga Mohawk Territory.
Tyendinaga Police Service, with the assistance of OPP Community Street Crime Unit, began an investigation into drug trafficking at a location on Highway 49, Tyendinaga Mohawk Territory.
On December 22, 2025, Tyendinaga Police Service, with the assistance of OPP Emergency Response Team, executed a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act warrant at the location and arrested three people without incident.
Police seized over 60 grams of suspected cocaine, more than 180 tablets of suspected Oxycodone, as well as $4,535 in Canadian currency and $190 US currency.
Isaiah Miracle, 29, of Tyendinaga Mohawk Territory has been charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking – cocaine, possession for the purpose of trafficking – Oxycodone, and possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000.
Lonnie Herrington, 29, of Napanee has been charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking – cocaine, possession for the purpose of trafficking – Oxycodone, possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000.
Martine Crevier, 27, of Hawkesbury has been charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking – cocaine, possession for the purpose of trafficking – Oxycodone, possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000.
All three accused were held for bail pending a hearing.
