A deal for Habitat for Humanity Prince Edward-Hastings to purchase a parcel of land in Picton from Prince Edward County was finalized at a council meeting on Tuesday.
The property is located on Bowery Street and part of Delhi Park.
Purchase price was a little over $31,362.
In May, Habitat for Humanity Prince Edward-Hastings stated in a press release it would be using the land to build affordable housing.
