A Quinte West man has been charged after an altercation at a residence near the Bay of Quinte Golf Course.
OPP responded around 1:30 Wednesday afternoon to Wedgewood Lane.
There they arrested 31-year-old Joseph Martin, charging him with assault with a weapon and failing to comply with a release order.
The victim suffered minor injuries.
