A dispute between neighbours has led to charges.
Quinte West OPP responded to a home on Mill Street in Quinte West around 9 p.m. on Saturday.
An investigation led to an arrest.
Sixty-five-year-old James Wilman of Quinte West was charged with the following:
- Uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm
- Fail to comply with probation order
The accused was held in custody pending a bail hearing at the Ontario Court of Justice in Belleville.
