The major intersection in the village of Stirling is going to be the site of a complete reconstruction in the new year.
Looking ahead to 2022 Stirling-Rawdon Mayor Bob Mullin says the the so-called “rebuild downtown” project will affect the Henry, Front, North, and Church streets area.
“Rebuilding a whole section in there, all water, sewer, and stormwater and the stop lights and again that’s a main project for us as it’s one of the few bottlenecks left for development in Stirling and if we can get that done this year that will be a major accomplishment.
Mayor Mullin says the new year will see more approvals for new housing as developers continue to show great interest in building in Stirling-Rawdon.
