Some erratic driving in Downtown Belleville has led to a licence suspension for a Brighton man.
Belleville police say they saw a car go through a red light on Pinnacle Street around 10:30 p.m. on Wednesday, then watched it go through a second red light to get in front of another vehicle.
Officers pulled the car over and saw some beer cans in the back seat, so they asked the driver to take a roadside breath test.
That resulted in the 34-year-old being handed a three-day licence suspension and having his vehicle towed.
He was also charged with failing to stop at a red light, proceeding through a red light before it turns green and failing to signal a lane change.
