Not all the pieces are finalized, however a conditional offer has been placed on a marquee property in downtown Belleville.
Quinte News has learned that a conditional offer has been placed on the former Hotel Quinte property, with an expected closing date at the end of September.
The site is currently owned by FairTrade Works out of BC, who had planned on creating a six-storey condo building known as “The Pinnacle”.
In September Quinte News learned that the project was cancelled.
Low pre-sales and the COVID pandemic were cited as the reasons for the cancellation.
The MLS listing shows a price tag of $2.168 million for the one-acre site at 211 Pinnacle Street.
The building burned down in 2012.
We do not know what company has put in the conditional offer.
