Klemencic Homes has been named the recipient of Tarion’s 2026 Homeowners’ Choice Award in the Medium Volume category, a provincial recognition that reflects the company’s long-standing commitment to its homeowners and the experience it delivers throughout the home-buying journey.
Tarion’s Homeowners’ Choice Awards recognize Ontario builders who demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service and homeowner satisfaction. Award recipients are determined using feedback from homeowners through Tarion’s Annual Homeowner Satisfaction Survey, conducted by an independent third-party research firm.
In its feedback on Klemencic Homes, Tarion highlighted homeowners’ appreciation for the professionalism, organization, and thoroughness of the sales and pre-possession process. Homeowners also recognized the team’s responsiveness and approachability when questions or after-care needs arose, helping them feel comfortable and confident in their new homes.
For Klemencic Homes, a 3rd-generation family-owned builder serving the Quinte region, the award is about more than recognition. It reflects the trust homeowners place in the company when making one of life’s biggest investments — and the responsibility the team takes on when someone chooses to build a home with them.

The company previously won the medium-volume category in 2013, 2014 and 2015, and was named a finalist in subsequent years, 2016 through 2020 with a pause in the awards after 2020 until the current year. For a company whose reputation is built one homeowner at a time, that recognition carries particular significance.
