Ontario Provincial Police report Highway 401 east will be closed between County Road 6 in Odessa and Road 38 in Kingston tonight for the removal of a tractor trailer.
The closure will begin at 9 p.m. and is expected to last until 5 a.m. on Wednesday
Motorists must follow the detour route along Mud Lake Road/Unity Road until the highway is reopened.
