REMINDER: The fourth annual Aquathon Race for Maddy Kort is taking place around the Roblin Lake area in Ameliasburgh today Saturday August 22 from 9 am – 12 pm.
The race combines swimming and running.
There will be no road closures as runners will be travelling on the side of the roads.
Motorists and boaters are asked to take caution while in the area as a higher number of swimmers and pedestrians are expected.
The running route will start at Roblin Lake onto County Road 19 to Whitney Road, Salem Road, County Road 2 and back on to County Road 19 to finish at Roblin Lake. Learn more: thecounty.ca/county_news_no
