Tuesday’s searing heat has officially made its way into the record books.
The CFB Trenton Weather Office reports that temperatures peaked at a scorching 33.4 degrees Celsius.
That razor-thin margin was just enough to edge out a nearly century-old record.
The previous high of 33.3 degrees had stood unchallenged since 1936.
