Quinte West and the Canadian Union of Public Employees Local 799.3 have reached a tentative agreement on a new three year collective agreement.
The union represents more than 145 inside and outside workers.
The tentative agreement will be voted on by CUPE Local 799.3 members in the coming days and, subject to ratification by the membership, will be presented to Quinte West Council for consideration at its meeting on Wednesday, July 15, 2026.
Details on the new agreement will be released after it is fully ratified by both parties.
