Another warehouse could be coming to Belleville in the near future.
At its meeting on Monday, the city’s Planning Advisory Committee will vote on whether to recommend a rezoning allowing an almost 10,000-square-metre warehouse to be built on land immediately south of Highway 401 and north of Bell Boulevard.
The warehouse would facilitate parcel delivery throughout the region and would be near
the Canada Post Distribution Centre and Wilson Distributors.
Council will make the final decision on the application.
