Northumberland OPP are investigating an assault that occurred in Trent Hills.
On June 5, 2026 at approximately 7:30 p.m., police received a report of an assault in the area of Front Street North in Campbellford.
The complainant said the person responsible had proceeded to a nearby commercial premises following the incident. Officers were not able to locate the individual described.
The injuries are not believed to be serious, however, OPP are seeking to identify two persons of interest and are releasing images of these individuals.
This investigation remains ongoing. Anyone who can identify these individuals or has any information regarding this incident, is asked to contact the Campbellford Detachment.
