The Hastings and Prince Edward Regiment museum in coordination with the Ontario Military Vehicle association is organizing a military vehicle convoy through the city of Belleville Sunday June 21.
The museum and the OMVA are both not for profit organizations which strive to promote awareness of military history.
The goal of this convoy is to boost awareness of the museum and the regiments history, as well as bringing visitors into the museum itself.
After the convoy, the vehicles will remain on display inside the armouries for several weeks, until around the 15th of July 2026.
The convoy through the city happens on Sunday morning at 11am. Departing from and returning to the Belleville armouries 187 Pinnacle street.
The route is-
Out the back gate of the armouries onto Church Street, to Bridge Street.
Bridge to Pinnacle.
Pinnacle to Station Street.
Station to Cannifton Road.
Cannifton to Bell Blvd.
Bell Blvd to Sidney Street.
Sidney to Bridge Street and back to the armouries.
The Belleville Police service is supporting the convoy by escorting the vehicles through the city. Expect minor traffic delays along the route.
The convoy will consist of between 10 and 15 vehicles of all sizes.
