Volunteer & Information Hastings & Prince Edward (VIQ) has announced that the 18th annual Dancing with the Stars Quinte raised $24,528.35.
The event was held on May 29 at the Empire Theatre
“These funds will have a meaningful impact on our ability to connect volunteers with local organizations and strengthen the nonprofit sector across our region,” said Mykayla Harrison, executive director of VIQ, in a press release.
“We are incredibly grateful to our dancers, instructors, sponsors, donors, and everyone who supported this year’s event. The generosity of this community continues to inspire us.”
Funds raised through Dancing with the Stars Quinte support VIQ’s work connecting people with volunteer opportunities.
