Eight people have been charged after Belleville police’s Intelligence and Street Crime Unit executed a number of drug search warrants on Monday.
In a release, police say that, with the assistance of the Belleville police K9 and Emergency Response Unit, a vehicle stop was conducted in the area of North Park St and Bell Blvd.
The vehicle stop lead to the seizure of:
- Taurus G2S 9mm handgun loaded
- Glock 27 .40 calibre handgun loaded
- 212.2 grams of cocaine
- 117.8 grams of fentanyl
- 81 pills unknown
- 35 Xanax pills
- 71 tec pills
- 17 oxycodone pills
- $8305 Canadian currency
- Cell phones
After the vehicle stop, officers executed two Controlled Drugs Substance Act search warrants at a motel in Belleville’s north end.
Seized from the motel was:
- 31.4 grams of cocaine
- 24.1 grams of methamphetamine
- 0.6 grams of fentanyl
- $138.25 Canadian currency
The next day, the Belleville police Intelligence and Street Crime Unit, with the help of the Belleville police K9 and Emergency Response Unit, and OPP’s OCEB east, executed two Controlled Drugs Substance Act search warrants in Belleville and one in Plainfield.
The following was seized:


Firearms/Ammunition
- Glock 9mm calibre handgun with six empty magazines and one extended magazine with 31 rounds of 9mm ammunition
- Smith and Wesson MP45 calibre handgun loaded with one round in the chamber and a magazine containing 10 rounds of ammunition
- Smith and Wesson MP9 calibre handgun loaded with one round in the chamber and a magazine containing 17 rounds of ammunition
- Draco Nak 9 calibre short rifle
- Slide and barrel for a Glock handgun
- Rifle magazine with 30 rounds of ammunition
- Rifle magazine with a bag of 10 rounds of ammunition
- Empty extended rifle magazine
- A rifle suppressor (silencer)
- Three Ziploc bags containing 54 rounds of 9mm ammunition
- A box of Hornandy 9mm hollow point bullets containing 94 bullets

Drugs
- 2259.7g of fentanyl
- 229.3g of cocaine
- 30 hydromorphone pills
- 259 nitazene pills
- 446 xanax pills
- 3 methamphetamine pills
- 20 unknown pills
- $18,710 Canadian currency
One of the seized firearms was located in a hidden compartment by Belleville Police Service Dog, Bax.
As a result of investigation, the following people were arrested and charged:
Twenty-six-year-old Zackery Harrison-White of Oshawa was arrested and charged with the following offences and held for a bail hearing:
- Possession for the purpose of trafficking – Cocaine x2
- Possession for the purpose of trafficking – Methamphetamine
- Possession for the purpose of trafficking – Fentanyl x2
- Possession for the purpose of trafficking – Oxycodone
- Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking – Hydromorphone
- Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking – Opioid
- Possession for the purpose of trafficking Sch IV – Xanax x2
- Proceeds of crime over $5000 x2
- Possession of a loaded prohibited firearm x4
- Occupant of motor vehicle knowing there was prohibited firearm x2
- Unauthorized possession of a prohibited or restricted firearm x6
- Carrying concealed weapon x2
- Possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose x2
- Careless storage of a firearm x6
- Possession of a prohibited device x2
Twenty-eight-year-old Tanner Oosterholt of Oshawa was arrested and charged with the following offences and held for a bail hearing:
- Possession for the purpose of trafficking – Cocaine
- Possession for the purpose of trafficking – Methamphetamine
- Possession for the purpose of trafficking – Fentanyl
- Possession for the purpose of trafficking – Oxycodone
- Possession for the purpose of trafficking Sch IV – Xanax
- Proceeds of crime over $5000
- Possession of a loaded prohibited firearm x2
- Occupant of motor vehicle knowing there was prohibited firearm x2
- Unauthorized possession of a prohibited firearm x2

Twenty-eight-year-old Spencer Newman of Belleville was arrested and charged with the following offences and held for a bail hearing:
- Possession for the purpose of trafficking – Cocaine
- Possession for the purpose of trafficking – Methamphetamine
- Possession of a schedule 1 substance – Fentanyl
- Proceeds of crime under $5000
Forty-one-year-old Jillian Smith of Belleville was arrested and charged with the following offences and released on an undertaking with a scheduled court date in July:

Twenty-year-old Keisha McBride of Belleville was arrested and charged with the following offences and released on an undertaking with a scheduled court date in July:

- Fail to comply with probation order
Forty-six-year-old Robert Wilson of Belleville was arrested and charged with the following offences and released on an undertaking with a scheduled court date in July:
