A woman of no fixed address has been arrested and charged after a theft from a business on Dundas Street East.
Belleville Police responded to the report of a theft at around 12:30 p.m. on Friday.
Staff told police they witnessed a female leave the store with a quantity of ice cream and various candies without paying.
Police say they were able to quickly locate and arrested the female without incident.
46-year-old Lyndsy Gollogher of no fixed address was charged with theft under $5000 and released on an Undertaking.
