A small propane tank explosion caused burns to a homeless person’s legs outside of
The Bridge Integrated Care Hub in Belleville early Sunday morning.
The tank exploded near one of several tents pitched to the rear of the Hub building
shortly after 6 a.m.
The injured person was treated by Hastings-Quinte Paramedic Services.
There was no other significant damage. Belleville firefighters also responded to the scene.
