Belleville Police responded to a a domestic dispute at a residence in the city’s east end late Thursday afternoon.
It was reported that one female threatened another before initiating a physical altercation, attempting to kick and punch the victim.
As a result of investigation, a 34-year-old Ganonoque woman, was arrested and charged with:
· Assault – spousal
· Uttering threats – cause death or bodily harm – spousal
· Fail to comply with probation order
She was released on an Undertaking with a scheduled court date in July.
