Quinte Broadcasting’s Bill Morton has made a $30,000 donation to the Trenton Memorial Hospital’s Cystoscopy Clinic.
In a release from the Trenton Memorial Hospital Foundation, the organization says that the donation will support the purchase of new flexible cystoscopes for the Cystoscopy Clinic at Trenton Memorial Hospital.

The Trenton Memorial Hospital Foundation is proud to recognize Bill Morton for his generous $30,000 donation to support the purchase of new flexible cystoscopes for the Cystoscopy Clinic at Trenton Memorial Hospital.
The clinic performs more than 3,000 procedures annually, providing diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing monitoring for a variety of urological conditions, including bladder cancer. To meet growing demand and replace aging equipment, the hospital requires five flexible cystoscopes.
Bill’s donation builds on the tremendous support received through this spring’s Tim Hortons Smile Cookie Campaign, which was also dedicated to funding the new cystoscopes.
Together, these community investments are helping the Foundation reach its goal of replacing all five scopes.
“After speaking with Dr. Ed Woods about the need for additional flexible cystoscopes at Trenton Memorial Hospital, I was pleased to receive information about the Foundation’s Spring Campaign supporting this important equipment,” said Bill. “The need was clear, and I wanted to do my part to help ensure patients can continue to receive excellent care close to home.”
