Multiple charges have been laid against a Belleville man following a disturbance in the west end Monday evening.
Just after 8 p.m., Belleville Police received a report about a male causing a disturbance in the area, including kicking the door of a female’s residence.
Further reports indicated that while attempting to gain entry, the male spat at the female and made threats toward her.
During the investigation, officers observed the male expose himself while speaking with police.
An unidentified 43-year-old man, was arrested and charged with:
· Uttering threats – cause death or bodily harm – spousal
· Assault – spousal
· Nudity and indecent exposure
He was held for a bail hearing.
