Staff with the City of Belleville will come back with a report on a proposed warehouse.
That decision was made at the city’s Planning Advisory Committee on Monday.
The rezoning application proposes an almost 10,000-square-foot warehouse on vacant land along Davy Road north of Bell Boulevard.
According to the application, the warehouse would serve as a parcel distribution centre.
There was no public correspondence on the item.
The report by staff will come at a future meeting of the committee.
