The community is being asked to rally around a Trenton family as their son battles a cancer of the bones and soft tissue.
The Harnest family’s son Scout has been diagnosed with Ewing Sarcoma and after numerous treatments
in the region has been fortunate enough to be admitted to a special 6-week proton therapy program in Cincinnati.
The therapy is covered by insurance however the costs to the Harnest’s of meals, accommodation, travel and lost income
will be significant.
A Gofundme page has been set up for the Harnest family and to date almost $18,000 of the $30,000 goal has been raised.
